Farm Fresh Blueberries

Blue Sky Blueberries “Ceu Azul” is located in a hidden canyon area near Valley Springs, California approximately 30 minutes east of Lodi in western Calaveras County. The acidic soils, rolling hills and oak studded landscape offer an ideal environment for blueberries. Our blueberries are large, crisp, and a hint of sweetness with a semi-tart finish.

About Blueberries and How to Use Them

Recent research has found that blueberries are naturally high in antioxidants and disease prevention compounds. More on the many health benefits of blueberries can be found on our Health Benefits page.

Also, blueberries are great for cooking and/or freezing for later.  Blueberries can be added to cobblers, crisps, muffins, trail mix, smoothies, pies, cakes, wraps, salads, pasteries, breads, punch, toppings, tortes, waffles and so much more.  Check our Recipes page for more information.

BLUEBERRY CONSULTANT/MANAGER: Ever thought of growing blueberries commercially at your place? Have investors wanting to get in on the industry? Call me. I am more than willing to talk with you regarding blueberry development and management.

~~~~~
Our fruit is hand picked and delicately packed from
mid-May through June.
Our blueberries are grown under sustainable and ecological enhancement farming practices.  We feel our practices encourge benefical species (flora, insects, microbes, fungi, bacteria, vertabras, birds, etc) to naturally help us create a dynamicly diverse farming environment for our blueberries.  We strategically balance our bushes to fruit load so all the wonderful flavors are captured in the berries.  See the Sustainable Farming page for specific details on how we optimize our natural resources for high quality fruit.
